In Portuguese: Acepipes de Polvo(1)
Ingredients:
- 1 medium-sized octopus
- 1 large onion (or 2 small ones)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch parsley
- Pepper, olive oil and vinegar to taste
Directions:
Clean the octopus and boil it in water and salt, together with an onion. When it is boiled, drain it well and cut it in peaces.
Arrange the pieces of octopus on a dish, cover them with the minced onion, garlic and parsley.
Season with olive-oil, vinegar and pepper.
Place a toothpick in each piece of octopus, and serve as an entrée or savoury.
