In Portuguese: Ameijoas À Bolhão Pato

Ameijoas à Bolhão Pato

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg clams
  • 1,5 dl olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 juicy lemon
  • 1 bunch coriander
  • pepper

Directions:

Soap the shellfish so that they will let go all the sand in them and rinse them thoroughly in some more water.
In a pan fry the garlic in oil till golden brown and put in the shellfish for them to open.
Add the coriander.
Season with pepper and serve with slices of lemon.
