In Portuguese: Meloa com Vinho do Porto
Ingredients per person:
- Halfa ripe canteloupe
- port-wine as sufficient
Directions:
2 hours before serving, put the canteloupe in the refrigerator.
Cut it horizontally in half, and take out the seeds.
Fill three-fourths of the cavity with a good port-wine.
Serve as an entrée, or as a refresher.
