Hi-Fi stands for High-Fidelity and it’s only applied to a set of electronic devices destinated to play music under certain requirements of quality which music experts decided, many years ago, to classify like so. The classification speaks for itself: there’s something highly faithful to something! The goal then is to build electronic devices which can reproduce sounds totally equal to the real ones. Being so, the [...] There I am again pretending I’m a good English/Portuguese translator. This time it’s a female singer (again!), a love song (again!) and a story told in a way that could have been told by someone, somewhere else in the world. The relevant part here is what this song is capable of doing to me: every time I hear it I feel a huuuge desire of… shouting! [...] Three reasons made me writing this post: I feel depressed, Jewel Kilcher is gorgeous, this song depresses me even more and I always had this strong will of translating a song from English to Portuguese. Case you haven’t noticed, I’ve announced three reasons but I gave you four. Case you feel much angry with that, just throw one of them away.
